Zero Fast integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write health data (such as weight, height, fasting sessions, and water intake) with your explicit consent. HealthKit data is only used to provide app features and is never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising. You can manage HealthKit permissions at any time in your device settings.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove the data.

- You can manage HealthKit data sharing permissions in your device’s Health app settings.
